SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Most orders placed will be dispatched within 2-5 business days. All Items are shipped with Canada Post Expedited Parcel within Canada, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order is ready to send.

 

Shipping time:

 

Canada approx. 3-10 business days.

United States: approx. 7-14 business days

 

 

Shipping cost:

 

Flat rate shipping for Canada is 15$ on orders under 125$

Flat rate shipping to USA is 20$ for Tracked PacketTM - USA for orders under $150usd

 

 

For international orders outside North America, please contact us for shipping rates. 

 

 

Please note that once Canada Post ships your order, we are not not liable for lost or damages items in the mail, although we will gladly do everything in our power to help you with any problems. Once item is accepted into Canada Post system we are no longer responsible for date of delivery .

 

For Canada and USA tracked, you will be provided with a tracking number and insurance for up to 100$. If you would like to insure your order for more than 100$ in case of rare lost or damages, please email us within 24h after purchase and we will send an additional invoice for the cost of additional insurance. 

 

All items ship safely wrapped. We reuse many of our wrapping materials as long as they are clean and appropriate to be reused. Otherwise we use recyclable wrapping paper that is made of 30% recycled materials. To save paper, we may not include a printed receipt but you will receive one via email upon purchase.

 

Unfortunately due to the nature of our products, we do not offer any refunds on our item. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

 

International shipments may incur additional import taxes. We have no control over this, please check with your local postal office before ordering so there are no surprises.

 

Please note that all crystals may have natural inclusions these are not considered as flaw they are part of their unique beauties. All crystals are carefully inspected before shipment.

 

Your payment will be processed via Shopify. Your credit card number is never shared with our store. 

 

We reserve the right to cancel your order at our discretion if any problem arises. Don't hesitate to contact us if you feel there has been a mistake.

 

We may not be able to ship to your area. In the instance we are not able to ship your order, it will be cancelled, we will notify you and you will receive a refund.
